My year with FMCA has been the most transformative experience for me, equipping me with new skills and knowledge that I have been able to apply in all areas of my life. Being part of FMCA community of students and fellow graduates and being able to connect with so many inspiring people feels a privilege. This has been a journey of personal growth. I learnt a lot about myself while learning about coaching skills. I believe that I emerged and improved and more mature person who listens better and is less judgmental. My aim is to help people change, heal, reclaim their goals and start pursuing them.

Enrolling in the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy was a transformative and enriching experience. FMCA provided the training I needed to become a successful health coach. Their alignment with IFM made the program an obvious choice when it came time to commit to a certification route and has been helpful while working in the functional medicine world. I gained enough knowledge of the functional medicine approach to bridge the gap between practitioner and patient to help them achieve positive change. I appreciate that there is consistent, ongoing contact even after you complete the program and I always look forward to seeing what is new at FMCA!
