I found this place to be a money grab and a rip off. A worse version of what you can get by your covered insurance if you look for a DO and Functional Medicine office. These folks aren’t doing anything special at this practice, quite the opposite. They have less medical tools and sell supplements. Learn from my mistake. They are an out of network provider, private practice. Be prepared to spend $800-$1000 per visit. And they will push you to come back frequently, withholding lab analysis and recommendations to follow ups. Long wait for appointment (eg 6 months) Lengthy onboarding Delayed labs 3-4 weeks Did not answer primary health question/issue Was unfamiliar with peptides No holistic plan established Unable to navigate prior authorization processes Lost trust. Worse health outcome because I put faith and had high hopes in this less corporate approach, waited months for an appointment, to only find the exact same behavior as the in-network offices. Frustrating to say the least. I went to Hinsdale Office.

Careful ordering supplements online. They will sell you expired or nearly expired supplements. They will refund you assuming you didn't open it before noticing the expiration date has passed.
