I had a great experience at Innovative Urgent Care. The service was excellent and very helpful from start to finish. The staff was extremely kind and professional. The nurse who took my blood was amazing—very gentle and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was friendly, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all my questions. Overall, a very positive experience. I highly recommend this place.

My provider, Lindsey was amazing, professional and efficient. She had a bedside manner that cannot be taught, such good emotional intelligence. I would love her to be my regular PCP and not an urgent care provider! The front desk was also so helpful and patient. And the MA/ RN that brought me back was so kind, smart and receptive. 10/10 recommend.

The provider was really nice and we liked her. But when I called to make the appointment for vaccinations we were told the kids could get the Covid shot. This was incorrect information. Also, our appointment was for 4 but we did not get called back until 5. So deductions for inefficiency and incorrect information.

I first went to an OB-GYN for an IUD insertion and was told it couldn’t be done in office due to my anatomy and that I would need to go straight to the OR, with a $7,000 estimate even with insurance. No medications or alternative options were offered, so I sought some second opinions. I have been a patient at Innovative Primary Care for years. Emma Raider was clearly very busy the day of my consult but was still incredibly thorough and attentive. She examined me herself, gave me a flu shot and gave me a Pap smear when she realized I was due for one. She personally called me to follow up, prescribed and explained the medications and scheduled my insertion. While major hospitals couldn’t even offer a consult for months, Innovative got me in within two weeks. When I returned, Ariel explained every step, made sure I was comfortable and successfully placed the IUD in under 10 minutes! She even showed me IUD via ultrasound afterward. They saved me so much time, stress, and money. I cannot recommend Innovative enough and am truly grateful for providers who go out of their way to help you avoid unnecessary procedures and advocate for your best care.

Edit: While the reply from the company tries to state that it’s “an urgent care and sometimes there’s a wait” - they fail to acknowledge that I went up to the front staff member multiple times to check in on how long the wait would be. I was willing to wait. The staff member working the front desk told me it would be “10-15 min”. When 30 minutes passed and I confronted her to ask for a better estimation on wait time - I was told it would actually be maybe hours later because of how backed up they were with walk ins from that morning. If I had known they were backed up when I first walked in, I would’ve rescheduled my appointment or come back later. Instead they didn’t manage my expectations, and then lied about the wait time. Only revealing the true situation after I got irritated for waiting 2 hours. This is not a “oops - we just suddenly got busy” - it was a complete mistake on the part of the staff. Just don’t lie to people about how long it’s going to be. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a health care provider. I made an appointment and was told I’d be seen promptly but then was waiting in the waiting room for almost 2 hours. When I asked again about my appointment time I was told the provider was significantly behind schedule and that I wouldn’t be seen for another hour or so. Find a better provider
