I can’t say enough good things about Moonshot Medical & Performance. After my meniscus surgery, I was very worried about getting back to 100% again. Dr Michael truly helped me get there. Michael was awesome to work with. He really knows what he’s doing, explains everything clearly, and actually cares about your progress. He pushed me when I needed it and made sure I was getting better every week. I’m back to 100% and feeling strong again. Super grateful for the whole team. Highly recommend. Also super excited to get my bloodwork done and a Dexa scan now that they’re offering those as services!

After my car accident, my back pain was at an all-time high. Bending over? A gamble. Sitting too long? Immediate regret. Trying to live my life? Bold of me. When I first started seeing Dr. Michael, I honestly didn’t realize how much the pain had taken over my day-to-day until it started improving. And let me tell you. This isn’t a “quick crack and send you on your way” situation. Yes, he adjusts you. But he also uses tissue manipulation, targeted exercises, and actually explains what’s happening in your body. Every visit feels like I have my own personal trainer, except instead of yelling at me about abs, he’s strategically rebuilding my spine and dignity. What sets him apart is that he focuses on strengthening the muscles so your body actually heals, not just temporarily feels better. He wants you better for real, not just until your next appointment. He’s incredibly personable, makes you feel comfortable immediately, and genuinely cares about your progress. Now my pain is barely there. I come in for maintenance, and I haven’t felt this good in years. YEARS. Dramatic? Maybe. True? Absolutely. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. Your future back will thank you.

Michael and Moonshot Medical and Performace is awesome! I’ve been in for a number of injuries and they have fixed every one of them. Recently, I had a calf strain from the Moonshot CrossFit competition and went in for an eval with Michael. We ended up doing soft tissue work, dry needling, and strength rehab in the gym. He had me back to running and jumping in a few weeks, which was way faster than I expected. Michael and the Moonshot Medical and Performance team are excellent at what they do and they take the time to understand each client with a high level of detail. They have deep knowledge in health and fitness and always go above and beyond. The amount of time they put in really shows. I highly recommend Moonshot Medical and Performance to anyone.
