I couldn’t stop thinking about the details of the surgery . I had been deeply asleep from the general anesthesia and remembered nothing. Dr. Benjamin Domb was so kind during the video conference call; he patiently explained everything and put my mind at ease. I’m truly grateful to him. Dr. Domb did a procedure on my hip and he did a great job. Unfortunately, he did the procedure at North Shore Surgical Suites. 2 years after my date of service, i get a surprise bill. Even though I paid all charges up front, including the additional $5000 "uncovered charge." When i called them on it, the just said I owed the money and had to pay. Not very professional.

The staff kind and caring- very thorough. An explanation was given for everything they did. I never felt unattended to. Dr Domb treated us like family is how it felt. He took the time to stop in before my procedure and after.
