I have been going to Numale for 7 years. Since they changed management and are now called Vidavital Medical the quality of service has changed. Because of this I have decided to go elsewhere. Below are some of examples of reasons for not going there: -Their lab has been "down" for months and they are sending people to Quest Diagnostics for testing. I was told this was because they were "under new management." -Several times when I have called the Skokie location I am put on hold only to get a message that no one can assist me and to call back. I NEVER had this problem when it was Numale. -I paid for a year long program but on the 11th month, when I came in for a procedure (which they scheduled) I was told it could not be done unless I signed up for another year. I thought a year was 12 months. -I turned in a release of records form so I could go to another provider. This was a week ago and they have done nothing with it and they will not return emails asking why this has not been done. Stay away from this place.

I made an appointment to discuss shockwave therapy for prostate regeneration. I walked in and was met with a stern and cold "Yes?" - No hello, no welcome, no smile, nothing. I told the person I have an appointment. He took me into a room with visible frustration on his face. He didn't tell me his name, who he is, what he does, who I'm going to be seen by, the process, literally nothing. He gave me an iPad to answer literally 100+ questions about erectile dysfunction. Every question was mandatory and there was no option that didn't involve ED. It had nothing to do with what I came in for. I realized my wallet was in my car and went into lobby to let someone know I need to go get my ID and insurance card. This one lady sitting in the office gave me a death stare when she saw me looking for someone from the staff. I found the man who took me into that room. I told him I'm going to get my wallet. Once I got downstairs I realized just how uncomfortable I felt in their office. I got in my car and left. I called them to tell them I'm not coming back but no one picked up. They never called me either. I could have dropped dead somewhere for all they knew. You would think they would check on their patient if they're ok. I should have read the reviews first. Rude and unprofessional staff and the office is dingy, cold, outdated and dirty. Walls looked like they haven't been painted since 1975. Just horrible all around. Not one positive thing to say.

I have been working with NuMale for about 1 year. First of all, I was very nervous to openly approach my health issues. Meeting with this staff immediately put me at ease and helped me feel comfortable that I wasn’t strange or alone. They listened to me first, explained options second, and together we came up with the options to move forward. I have been surprised at how many different benefits have come from the testosterone therapy. I highly recommend working with this group for your health improvement. --------- I am adding a followup. The above review was 10 months ago ---------- I am still with Numale and this is a really good group. I met with my primary care physician this week and asked him about Numale. The response I received was that this is a good team. I trust Numail and have been working with them for about 2 years now. They are safe, helpful, and I won't quit their support because it works and helps me live a better healthier life.
