Turtle Town Dental

My wife and I both visited Turtle Town Dental today for routine cleanings and exams. After my wife finished, she said, “That was the most painless cleaning I’ve ever had!” And I felt exactly the same after my turn. Jennie, who did both of our cleanings, is exceptional at what she does. She’s incredibly gentle and skilled, and we’d absolutely request her again, both for ourselves and for our kids. Her calm, kind approach would be especially reassuring for children who might feel nervous about the dentist. I also appreciated the doctor’s style. He was very responsive to my dental concerns and gave every indication that he genuinely wanted to help. Both Jennie and the doctor were patient with my questions and made us feel welcome. By the end of the visit, it felt like we were among friends. Thank you, Jennie! And thank you to the whole Turtle Town Dental team!

The dental team at Turtle town is absolutely incredible! My daughter fell and broke a significant portion of her front tooth off. That was before noon. I called the office and explained the situation. They had my daughter in a chair by 3:30 and worked for over an hour and a half to fix her tooth. It’s two days before Thanksgiving! She’s ten years old and naturally she was nervous. They put her at ease and made sure wasn’t in any pain as they worked. Not only did they do incredible but it was affordable. We don’t have dental coverage. I’m so impressed I’ll never take her anywhere else!

I broke a tooth today. I called to see if Turtle Town had time for a walk in. They said "of course! Hurry in". I did, and very quickly, but sweet and kind as ever, the staff had me x ray'd and ready for Dr Bixler. He got me numbed up, smoothed the broken part for tonight, and an appointment made for my convenience for the crown. When you can combine service that's as quick as a multi dentist national chain, staff that's sweet, kind, fun AND professional, and your dentist, who's a BRILLIANT clinician AND hilarious, and treats you like a brother rather than a customer... when your dentist office combines that -- how could you possibly beat that???? Highly recommend!!!!
