About a year ago I had my yearly blood tests and they were bad. Not just bad, they were alarming bad. I made the decision to seek some help, and a few weeks later went to Heartland Men's Health. Started on weight loss protocol and TRT, and couldn't be happier. 10 months into the journey and 55 pounds down, had my test retaken in July and they were all in the normal range.
