First time experience. Customer service and patient satisfaction at its finest! Start to finish I was treated with kindness, support and understanding. The initial phone call just to inquire made me feel confident to actually follow through and go. Arrival and checkin process very seamless and incredible staff. Consultation with NP was wonderful - she listened asked questions. She explained why she suggested the iv therapy I received and why it would benefit me to receive a B and D3 shot. Nurse Lauren who took care of me had incredible bedside manner. She made me feel very comfortable and very easy to talk to. I highly recommend if you aren’t feeling the best - come here and let them take care of of you. They are incredible and have a genuine concern for your health and making you feel the best you’ve ever felt.

I love that the staff is caring, honest, and most all funny as hell!! Did I mention, they have some pretty awesome patients to mingle with too. Give them a shot, I promise you won’t regret it!
