Improved health solutions radically transformed my life and perception of health 2 years ago. Dr.Fernando not only treated me but also educated me. Since then I’ve become a personal trainer/ coach and am partnered with these guys simply because I know exactly what my clients are going to get when we have underlying issues hindering a fitness/lifestyle transformation. Additionally, if you come to these guys for help you will get FIXED not smoke and mirrors to treat just a symptom. The ROOT of your issue WILL be addressed.

Fernando and Terry have changed my life for the better!! From helping to me get my body mind and spirit back. They helped me understand my own body and why I was feeling the way I was.
