One of the best medical experiences of my life! I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and was making almost no progress with conventional doctors. Thanks to Dr. Mitchell, we have finally identified and addressed root causes (including a bunch of things my other doctors had never even brought up.) I'm science minded and was nervous "functional medicine" would mean "not evidence based" - not at all! I'm thrilled to be making real progress, and although my condition will continue to take some time, I'm having MANY more functional days than I was. The front desk team is always responsive, friendly, and helpful. Thank you 5 Journeys!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Five Journeys. Earlier this year, my appointment was miscoded in a way that did not reflect the actual purpose of my visit. Despite reaching out more than 20 times by email and phone calls to have this corrected, the practice has refused to update my record. Accurate medical documentation is essential for continuity of care and insurance purposes. The refusal to correct such a clear error has caused unnecessary stress and financial burden. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Five Journeys.
