Elite IV infusion has improved my quality of life and kept me from panicking to get care at the hospital. Betty and James are a wonderful team. They are very good at getting me feeling better very quickly. They are some of the most kind, caring and knowledgeable people I’ve ever met. They are always available to me if I need them and they always go above and beyond to help me when I need them. I first met Betty and James during one of the worst experiences of my life — severe food poisoning that landed me in the ER line at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. Betty and James are so friendly and warm, and there is just such a nice atmosphere here that is very comforting to be surrounded by when getting IV infusions. I usually am a tough stick, but have never had to deal with getting poked over and over again here, because they are efficient and skilled with getting it the first time! It’s a small place but you can feel all the love they have put into it, and I can confidently say after visiting various IV bars/places around the area that Elite IV Infusion is absolutely my favorite, and the one I feel most comfortable and confident about going to. Whether you’re an infusion regular, or someone looking to try something new, I would 100% recommend putting your faith and trust here as I (someone with lots of experience getting poked by needles ;) ) certainly have no regrets.
