I highly recommend Dr Balaguera. I have known him for years, and have entrusted him with the care of my family including my in laws. We feel very blessed to have him as a Dr and a friend. His is the most compassionate, knowledgeable and dedicated Dr I have met and seen! He goes above and beyond, incorporating several aspects healing and dealing with a disease in one encounter. He encourages and respects your own decision in the choices of treatment. He takes his time listening to you and understanding your problems, and takes his time explaining what can be done about it. He is very holistic and natural minded. Very reliable, caring and patient. His staff is also very caring, polite and professional. They strive to make you feel comfortable and welcomed throughout the whole visit. Katallage Wellness Center is very unique health center that focuses on your well being and healing as a whole body, not just one body part.

My husband and I are both patient’s of Dr Balaguera. Him and his wonderful staff have helped us to make major changes in our health. He made me take a hard look at myself and make the changes to get myself back on track and achieve my goals. It’s not been an easy road but you have to be willing to put the work in. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Balaguera. He and the Katallage team have all been so welcoming and calming for my spirit and psyche while I learn to live with Stage IV cancer. He takes his time with each patient and I never feel like just another number. His approach to integrative care alongside standard of care is the exact recipe that I was looking for to ensure that I leave no stone unturned in my healing journey. His treatments are already helping to ward off recurrence per CT scans AND have improved my quality of life while undergoing chemotherapy. I am forever grateful!
