From the warm smiles and calming scents when you enter the office, the team at The Flossery were incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable and caring. Kenny is the Dental Assistant with a beautiful smile and a caring demeanor. He did my intake, exams and overall welcoming to the practice and laid out the details of the appointment with the doctor. He took notes, stopping to ask for clarification and when it got overwhelming for me, handed me a tissue with a warm smile. Just the best! Dr. Santander did my exam and discussed with me the options of my needed procedure, helping me digest the options and explaining, with great detail, what comes next. She was patient, extremely caring and knowledgeable. I felt cared for and heard, after nearly a decade of health issues and specialists telling me “nothing is wrong”. This team is remarkable and I’m excited for the journey ahead in their care.

I appreciate everyone at the Flossery. I have been searching for a holistic dentist for my kids for some years now. I came across the Flossery about three years ago and I am so happy I did. Casey in the billing department is kind and helpful & Abby always returns my calls and fits us in. The doctors are great and put my children at ease. Thank you!

I brought my daughter to The Flossery because they are a holistic dental office, and I’m so happy we found them. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and the doctor was amazing with my toddler. My daughter felt comfortable the entire time and keeps asking when she can go back. That alone says everything. I highly recommend this place, especially for families.
