This is Mary Mikhail, I am sending from my friend’s google account because I needed to reply to your false response to my review! Please stop spreading false statements. It seems you're only writing this to make me look like I acted inappropriately. The truth is, my husband came to your clinic because more than a month had passed and I still hadn't started my medication. Now it's been seven weeks since my appointment, and I still haven't received the medication. I took time off work several times, losing hours of pay, just to come in and talk to you about my medication. I even met with the clinic manager, who promised me that everything would be resolved the next day, yet three more days passed, and nothing was done. How can a patient go without treatment for this long, while the insurance company and the pharmacy say they are waiting for a letter from your clinic? We provided the medication name and pharmacy information exactly as you requested. All your team had to do was send the required documents, but nothing was sent. When my husband called, your staff told him the letter would take another week. So, after seven weeks since my visit, I'm still without medication, and you're describing my behavior as "abusive"? I only became upset after a month of waiting and being ignored. Let's be honest: you're not telling the truth. For the first five weeks, every time I called, I spoke calmly and politely because I just wanted to get my medication. Even your staff seemed surprised that I hadn't received it yet. They told me, "We'll take care of it today," and then days would pass without any action. When I started calling again, frustrated that nothing was being done, your staff started hanging up on me, and this happened several times. If I were the type of person who enjoys causing trouble, I could have already taken legal action, as it's been over six weeks since my appointment and I'm still without my medication. Recently, I was told that on January 15th, the doctor would speak with the pharmacist on Tuesday to send the prescription. My husband even asked if someone else could send the paperwork to the pharmacy after we provided the medication name and pharmacy details, but your staff said only the doctor could do it. Frankly, I'm embarrassed to even be associated with your clinic. Everyone I know who works in other medical practices has told me they've never witnessed such a lack of honesty, professionalism, and care as I've experienced here. This level of negligence is unacceptable and has put my health at serious risk.

⭐ Sharing My Honest Experience I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience honestly. I’m not blaming the doctor herself — every time I met her, she was kind and calm. But what really disappointed me is how unprofessional and careless the staff have been. I was given injections from my very first visit, and it’s been almost three weeks now — no one has sent the prior authorization to my insurance. Every time I call, they say it’s already sent to Walgreens, and when I go there, the pharmacist tells me nothing was received. I’m in pain every day. Some days I can’t even open a water bottle or take care of my three kids properly. I’ve called the clinic so many times, and sometimes they even hang up on me just because I sound upset — even though I never said a single bad word. I tried to help by calling the insurance myself and giving the clinic the medication code, but still, no one followed up. They forget patients on hold for long minutes, don’t return calls, and keep appointments active that no longer make sense. This whole situation has caused me a lot of emotional and physical pain. I truly wish the doctor knew how her staff are treating patients.

For the past 3.5 years, I’ve had no doctor take my issues seriously. Dr Hopkins and staff welcomed me with open arms, listened to me and took the time to try to resolve my discomfort. Dr Hopkins continues to advocate for me and push to get me answers. The staff is nothing short of kind and attentive. Fiona has gone above and beyond and has made me feel welcome from the very first phone call and I am very grateful for her and all the staff!!!!
