I’ve tried to establish care at this clinic twice. I’ve been receiving Spravato treatment for over six months, which has been the only treatment that’s helped my treatment-resistant depression so far. Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing, the doctor made it clear he wasn’t interested in continuing my current treatment and spoke to me in a way that felt dismissive. Despite two other doctors agreeing that Spravato works for me, he insisted it wasn’t a good fit and recommended TMS instead something I can’t realistically do with my full-time job and daily responsibilities. I felt very unheard and judged here.

My experience so far: more than two weeks after consultation with Dr. Bache who agreed that I am an appropriate patient for Spravato treatment. Since then they ghosted me. I called the only number they give out that is answered by a secretary who knew nothing but transferred me to a mailbox, which nobody answered. Later, she gave me the number for my "care coordinator", Sara Kellly, which goes straight to mailbox where (you guessed it) messages disappear without answer. Yes, they treat patients like garbage. No, the employees don't care that their practicer losing money. Now I have to go through this all over again with a different provider. Shame on them. 2 week follow-up: I had one conversation with the "care coordinator" who basically told me that she didn't have a clear idead as to what the hold-up was. No communication since then. Stay away from these people. They are beyond useless: they put you through an invasive intake process, bill for doctor's visit and leave you hanging. Please stay away from then and save yourself frustration and delaying treatment. And to add insult to injury, they offered me to call the only number they provide (of a know nothing receptionist no co-located with the clnic). At this point, I would not feel comfortable if they eventually came through; l simply would not entrust them with my care.

I absolutely love this center! The staff is compassionate, non-judgmental, and accommodating. As for the treatment itself, it has changed my life for the better. I can say I am no longer depressed! I get the Spravato treatment. If nothing else has completely worked for you, I would consider this.
