⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Steph has been absolutely wonderful to work with! She has worked so hard to make sure everything is set up correctly from the very beginning, and her attention to detail really shows. She is always friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to providing the best service possible. One thing that truly sets Steph apart is that she even accepts text messages — something you could never expect from a traditional doctor’s office. As long as you message her during her working hours, she gets back to you right away, and if she’s not working, she always makes sure to reply as soon as she’s back on the clock. It’s such a thoughtful and above-and-beyond touch that makes communication incredibly easy. I give her so much grace and respect for being able to deliver this level of care while still juggling life, and I’m incredibly appreciative of all she does. I would totally recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable, compassionate, and truly dedicated. Highly recommend!

My wife and myself had consultations for weight loss shots. We gave her 300 each for a total of 600. She guaranteed she would get our insurance to almost completely cover the shots for us. Apparently Stephanie has 3 or so different businesses including her full time job. Unfortunately this was her excuse for over a year now with no results what so ever . Doesn’t return calls/ texts / emails. We respectfully asked for half the money back and we never saw a dime. We basically gave up trying. She took our money and that was that. What a scam and a waste of money. Truly cannot believe she gets away with doing this because she is “busy”. Shame on you.

Proceed with caution. My husband and I each paid $300 for consultations for weight loss injections after Stephanie stated she was confident she could obtain insurance approval. That confidence played a major role in our decision to proceed. Over twelve months, insurance was submitted twice and denied both times. We were never notified of these denials. I only learned the truth by checking our insurance portal myself. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, Stephanie stopped responding entirely. After twelve months of delays, silence, and no results, we politely requested a partial (50%) refund. There has been no response whatsoever. Charging patients hundreds of dollars, failing to communicate insurance outcomes, and then ignoring all follow-up attempts is deeply unprofessional. Transparency and responsiveness are the bare minimum in healthcare, and neither was provided here.
