Waiting 1hr for a 9am appointment after you opened at 8am is not ok. Showed up at 8:50am, Left at 9:55am. I had other appointments to go to. This is not the first time I’ve waited, but definitely seems to be getting worse. No one else in the waiting room with me. It’s just a Frustrating experience again, hoping my experience was different than last time but it was worse. Not happy after going here for years, Didn’t seem like a big deal to them. Getting “I’ve waiting for 3hrs before” is not the answer I expected from the front desk.

I have seen the NP in the office more than once expressing my on going symptoms of premetapause and asking for help. My daily life has been a struggle to cope I gained 15 lbs in 3 months I’m exhausted my bones hurt I have panic attacks and anxiety and she completely dismissed me and passed me to a therapist. I don’t have depression because I have mental issue it’s because I’m 43 and changing I know that and it didn’t take 100k in med school to tell me this. I know my self and I told her I want to check and she didn’t care or have concern to see me cry in her office begging for help and my life back and will to live again. Now I’m 2 weeks out and can’t get an appointment or contact with behavioral health and don’t leave my house besides work and I’m about to break. Damn lucky I’m not having a mental episode no wonder why people do horrible things. Because we don’t get heard as mental patients or regular patients the doctors have given up especially in this office !! Don’t waste your time or money

Dr Jon Trister has been treating my family for over 20 years and is a magnificent physician.He has helped me most recently with a c-6c-7 neck injury.He was able to see that my shoulder was the issue and had me back in action in two visit of prolotherapy . I will be forever great full for all that he has done for us.His support team and especially Joan is an angel and so helpful. Thank you Michael
