I love the convenience of the location for me. That it offers sessions in 30 min intervals. I did not give it 5 stars because 1) it was not at the desired temperature maybe because I was the first of the day 2) very tight space, not a lot a privacy. I have been to other places with more room and private bathroom connected where I could shower afterwards. But I like Capital Cryo in Bethesda because location is convenient and I like 30 min intervals.
