About this clinic

Eternal Dermatology & Aesthetic Center, located in Fulton, Maryland, specializes in regenerative skin treatments using microneedling and platelet-rich plasma therapy. These orthobiologic approaches support the skin's natural healing response and collagen remodeling, offering an evidence-based alternative to purely ablative or pharmaceutical interventions for texture, scarring, and age-related skin changes. Treatment plans are individualized following an initial consultation. The clinic addresses hair and scalp concerns alongside facial and body skin conditions, positioning regenerative modalities as the foundation of its aesthetic practice rather than as an ancillary service.

I had an appointment today with Dr. Rodney for an initial chemical peel consultation. I was genuinely excited going in, especially after reading so many positive reviews. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. The consultation cost $200 and lasted approximately five minutes. During that time, I did not feel that my skin was thoroughly assessed, nor was I asked about my skin type, concerns, or treatment goals. The visit felt rushed and more focused on promoting additional products or services rather than providing a personalized consultation. Before I knew it, the appointment was already over. I completely understand that running a business comes with many challenges; however, a patient-centered experience is extremely important—especially during an initial consultation. That said, the staff were kind and welcoming, which I appreciated and felt helped offset the experience to some degree. As a healthcare provider myself, I strongly value patient care and individualized attention, and I believe those elements are essential to building trust and delivering quality care.

Extremely disappointed in this practice. I called to reschedule my appointment 24 hours in advance due to anticipated icy weather the morning of my appointment. Despite the fact that I was not canceling but simply trying to reschedule for safety reasons, Eternal Dermatology still charged a $50 fee to my credit card because I did not provide 48 hours’ notice. In this situation, the charge felt unreasonable and inflexible. Sometimes circumstances arise that are outside of a patient’s control, and practices should show a bit more understanding, especially when safety is involved and the patient is making an effort to reschedule responsibly. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. I will not be returning to this practice, as it felt like policy mattered more than patient care. I would encourage Eternal Dermatology to reconsider how situations like this are handled and to approach patients with a bit more compassion and flexibility. Do better, Eternal Dermatology.

This was my 1st time visiting this office. Everyone here is very efficient and kind. I came for mole removal and chemical peel. They removed all of my moles same day and gave me my first of 4 chemical peels. Highly recommend this Doctor and her staff. Extremely professional!!
