I had a very positive experience at my Spine and Pain appointment. Angela, the nurse practitioner, was kind, knowledgeable, and very attentive. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and didn’t make me feel rushed. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my options and the plan moving forward

Great Professional experience from everyone. I see Maryland Pain and Spine because my pain can be severe pain to where I can't walk. However, following directions on how to take medication, limits the ability not to walk. Im not only prescribed. I am also referred to doctors to understand why I feel pain. Maryland Pain and Spine helps in many ways for me. They really care about their patients.

I wasn't informed that my secondary insurance was not accepted. I also didn't like the manner in which they enforced a drug test at my first appointment. I feel that patients who refuse controlled substances should be able to sign a waiver. It was unsettling and a waste of money, in my case. I'm gave 3 stars because the doctor provided the information I needed and spent adequate time.
