Newtowne Hyperbarics is top notch when it comes to product knowledge and customer service. I had a fantastic experience from when I first contacted Newtowne with questions, and then decided to rent, and ultimately buy an HBOT unit from their facility. Marie, the owner, was so patient, prompt and thorough in answering my many questions. She offered excellent tips on how to enter and exit the chamber with my limited mobility. Shipping was overnight and all instructions I received were clear, even for someone who is unfamiliar with HBOT.

I ordered a hyperbaric chamber a month ago. I received it a month later in pieces with no oxygen concentrator. Now I cannot get Marie on the phone. I do not recommend unless you want to lose business and your sanity. Still waiting on reply regarding the oxygen concentrator. I will go buy my own in the meantime and count this as a lesson learned.

We purchased a Newtowne Hyperbarics, Long Shoe model in October of 2024, as therapy for my wife's onset of dementia. Her evaluations by University of Michigan neurologist show that she stayed even with the previous year, despite having a major setback from surgical complications due to a hip replacement. We are very pleased with the positive results we are perceiving.
