Without exaggeration, Dr. Falcone gave me my life back! After years of bouncing to different doctors, struggling to address my chronic GI issues and debilitating fatigue, I am so thankful I found Dignity Integrative. With true care, empathy, and expertise, Dr. Falcone found and addressed the root cause of my symptoms where other providers could not. Health coach Amanda helped me trust my body again and lean into nourishing foods for healing. In less than a year, I went from chronically fatigued, barely able to slog through daily life activities, and dealing with a range of GI issues and discomforts, to now — wonderfully normal digestion and not only able to get through daily life, but also the cycling, running, and strength training I love. I joined the Dignity Integrative practice in April. Truth be told, I was uncertain what to expect even though Dr. Falcone is my neighbor and friend. I am a 66 year old man, generally healthy but dealing with risk factors such as blood pressure, cholesterol, kidneys and borderline diabetes. I've bounced around a few practices in the local area, usually getting decent service, but only after I came in with an issue. With Dr. Falcone I was proactively interviewed, examined and then put through a battery of tests. One test in particular that Angelo ordered was a body scan that revealed a very high calcium score. He referred me to a nearby cardiologist and I am relieved that these issues are being monitored as well. Further I was highly encouraged by Angelo to shed some weight and to modify my diet. With the help of his on staff "coach" (Teresa Rosa), I was able to lose almost 10% of my body weight and keep it off. Overall, it is just refreshing to have Dr. Falcone looking after my medical and health needs, knowing that he will do whatever it takes to help. I highly recommend him as an outstanding medical professional.

I cannot begin to express how happy I am with Dignity Integrative Health and Wellness. My husband and I came to Dr. Falcone as we were starting on a journey towards better health. Dr. Falcone helped us to dial in our nutrition and exercise and after three years of working with him I just celebrated my 50th birthday healthier, stronger and in better shape than I have been at any other time in my life. Most importantly, after over twenty years on PPIs for heartburn, Dr. Falcone helped me address my GI issues. Not only was I able to stop taking the medicine but my acid reflux is gone. This has truly been life changing for me and I cannot recommend Dignity and Dr. Falcone highly enough.
