tldr: If you want revolutionary treatment from doctors who care and never push pills or traditional surgery, you should definitely see these doctors. Dr. Itskevich and Dr. Auriemma are not only two of the best doctors I have ever known, but they are two phenomenal human beings as well. I have seen both doctors in varying capacities for years (even before this business opened) because I am hypermobile (diagnosed disorder) and need to have regular treatment because of muscles constantly tightening. The impact both doctors have had on my life cannot be understated. What I like in particular about how these doctors approach medical treatment is that they never push invasive treatments. They do a careful and thorough review using ultrasound and can diagnoses a lot of issues (i.e., deep joint or muscle tears) immediately with the ultrasound. Their treatments are non-invasive - they aren't doing crazy things like back fusions - and they work. Several years ago, I sustained a back injury in a car accident that was extremely and constantly painful. Most doctors would have recommended surgery without even knowing the causes. Dr. Itskevich took the time to treat all of the issues step by step and if one thing didn't work for me initially, he never gave up and he tried another. I ended up getting a PRP for facet joint damage, which helped the bulk of the pain and healed my spine and over time, he has released the tight / spasming back muscles regularly so that they eventually have been able to calm down. I have had a lesser car accident back injury and I know that it can take a lot of time to heal. The thing I like most about Dr. Itskevich is how he is as a person - humble, self-deprecating, kind, generous, and unbelievably caring. He goes out of his way to help, so much so that he makes a lot of personal sacrifices because of his dedication to helping and because he cares so much. Dr. Itskevich has changed my life for the better. I try to get people to see him even when they're out of state because he can do things that other doctors cannot do. He is pioneering some of the most advance spine treatments in the country - things that other people don't even know of and cannot do. I have seen my doctors over the years for chronic pain and I've only stuck with these guys because they help and care. In addition, they hire outstanding staff who actually care too. I can't tell you the number of doctors or PTs I've seen who have a front desk that are so unprofessional or disorganized that they make you quit seeing that doctor - you will not have that problem here. Erica at the front desk in particular is very kind, thoughtful, and professional. I urge you, please go see these doctors. You will not regret it and it's possible they will change your life for the better too.

I have been a patient at Impact Sports and Spine since the practice was established, and I have been under the care of Dr. Itskevich even longer. Recently, I was also seen by Dr. Auriemma. If you are experiencing acute or chronic musculoskeletal pain and are looking for expert, compassionate care—this is the best place to go and these are the right doctors to see. I still remember my first visit, when I was impressed by the dedicated and compassionate team. The doctors here consistently demonstrate high professionalism, excellent bedside manners, and impeccable communication skills. Most importantly, they genuinely care about helping their patients and achieving outstanding results. Some time ago, I was suffering from severe back pain and had nearly given up hope. Dr. Itskevich was my last resort—and thanks to his care, my back pain is completely gone. Throughout my treatment, every procedure was clearly explained and all my questions were answered thoroughly. My husband is also a patient at this practice. He struggled to walk due to knee pain, but after treatment with Dr. Auriemma, he can walk comfortably again. Currently, both Dr. Auriemma and Dr. Itskevich are helping me with a new issue. I had previously seen several doctors referred by my primary care physician, but my condition did not improve. Now that I am back in their capable hands, Dr. Auriemma has identified the root cause of the problem, and together they created a well-explained treatment plan. I truly feel I am on the right path to recovery. Every time I visit this practice, I know I will be treated with respect, receive the best possible care, and be supported by a dedicated team of professionals. I would also like to mention the office staff, who are always friendly and welcoming. The practice’s website is user-friendly and provides detailed information about the services available. Thank you to everyone at Impact Sports and Spine for your care, professionalism, and dedication!

Dr. Itskevich is very personable and eager to help. Additionally, his knowledge is extensive and he will explain your situation. During his appointments he is happy to small talk but will also explain what he's doing if asked. The rest of the staff are also very professional and friendly. The office is clean and welcoming. Only complaint is that the schedule is full because everyone wants to get in with such a good doctor!
