I've been visiting Vedic Health for ten months and the transformation in my digestive health has been remarkable. When I first came in, I was struggling with significant issues that hadn't resolved despite seeing a variety of practitioners. Through a thoughtful combination of Hatha yoga, breathing practices, herbal support, individualized dietary guidance and soothing oil therapies, I finally feel like my system has reset. Dr. Jain has been an essential part of this journey. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable, and she always takes the time to listen carefully before offering guidance. I've never felt rushed - only supported. One thing I really appreciate is that the center offers so much in one place: on-site therapies that feel deeply restorative, along with yoga classes available both online and in person. Having access to these tools has made it easier to stay consistent and integrate the practices into my daily life. My digestive issues have resolved, and I feel better than I have in years. I plan to continue using the tools and practices I've learned here to support my long-term health. I'm truly grateful for this center and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a holistic, nuturing approach to wellness.

This is a fantastic health center. Bright, welcoming, with fantastic products and services. Poona does massage and head therapy (abyanga and sirodhana) and is a legend. Cannot recommend her enough. Their products are all Banyan Botanicals and their rates are reasonable. I'm grateful to have such a great resource close to home. If you're new to Ayurveda I recommend reading up on the history, its relationship to yoga and pranayama and how it relates to holistic health (as opposed to acute issues). It's customized based on your unique body type (dosha), habits, etc. Nothing is overnight and understanding the system can help. If you're not getting relief from western medicine I strongly recommend trying it, understanding it's a different modality.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Be sure to confirm if your case is suitable before starting Ayurveda treatment. I followed all recommended therapies and purchased the prescribed products, but after ten days, I was told my case wasn’t suitable. I did not decline any therapies. I share this so others can make informed decisions before investing in treatment.

When I first heard Dr. Jain at the Meditation Museum healing presentation, I was very eager to engage with VedicHealth. I was suffering from daily joint pain from fibromyalgia, osteroarthritis and a rare genetic skin condition. Oftentimes I felt frustrated since none of these conditions had cures. I met Mrs. Meena and joined the Detox program which was starting a few days later and was so happy that I did. The Detox really helped me to refocus on healing and the management of my pain and as a bonus lost 10 pounds. Mrs. Meena was so helpful in guiding the group into sticking with their detox journey and the recipes and other information sent daily were very encouraging to me. Then I met Dr. Shweta who developed a plan of action for me. Her patience and broad knowledge of what I was dealing with was also a true blessing. I am still a patient with Dr. Shweta and sometimes its a challenge to follow a daily protocol but I am convinced that Vedic Health offers a program that is perfect for me. My joint discomfort has lessened and I'm truly grateful of that. I have also added oil messages that also relaxes and refreshes my body. I look forward to my next message appointment with Poohan (I apologize if I misspelled the name.). I highly recommend Vedic Health to anyone who is looking for help in the management or resolution of a health concern. The staff is very professional and caring. Many Blessings to them all!
