I've used Wow Wellness from my 1st renewal. Used Green Health Docs the initial time and paid way too much! So I was ecstatic when I found this place for $49 a year! Well this last time around I made my appointment and had the telehealth phone appointment with Crystal Wise on the 23rd of September because my card was due to expire on the 29th. I go to the dispensary yesterday the 30th only to find out my card was not renewed like it had always been in the past. I called once and left a voice mail which I'm sure I sounded angry in. Standing at the dispensary looking like an idiot because my doctors didn't hold up their end of the agreement. They make sure to take your payment before the appointment even starts though! So I call a 2nd time and have to leave yet another voice-mail. I never got a call back. Just a text about 2hours later stating a document was shared with me from Wow Wellness. So they didn't even have the decency to call me and apologize for the inconvenience caused. I don't know if the business was recently taken over by new management or what. But ever since my doctors name changed from Bull to Wise it seems like things have changed for the worse.

Awful, awful experience across the board. Extremely rude staff. As a business owner this left a VERY bad taste in my mouth. I trusted Jennifer with the care of my Mother and got nothing but patronizing attitude the entire time, would show up late to meetings, never answer the phone, very unhelpful with supplement recc’s and basic advice. As a health expert myself, Jennifer sped through it and gave poor advice that did not help my Mother. AT ALL. Stings to this day and always will. Thankfully there are many alternatives in our industry, this was a recommendation that even the friend regrets sending to me and has since apologized for.

I come here for acupuncture and gentle chiropractic care. My back went out 7/24 and I thought that I would have to look into surgery until I found Dr. Suk.
