Exceptional care at Mend Health! Extremely grateful that I found this practice, truly unlike any other chiropractor experience I’ve had in the past. Dr. Tracey provides extremely thorough and individualized care to meet specific needs. She’s incredibly attentive, patient, and listens to all concerns while addressing them in impactful ways. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Tracey St.John I went in with severe lower back pain to the point I could barely move from a seated position or stand, shot or bend and after just one visit I felt a significant difference. She has magic hands! 🙌 The level of care, professionalism, and genuine concern for my well-being has been amazing. I finally feel like I’m on the right path to healing. Highly recommend!

Everything from the welcoming studio, the music, and Dr. Tracy's instruction and attentiveness to all of us, it made for a wonderful experience. I left her class feeling much better.
