A firefighter friend of mine recommended Greg for physical therapy after I injured my Calf muscle. Greg wasted no time and immediately began treatment. Greg also showed me various Exercises that strengthened my calf muscles. Within two weeks I was up and running again without issue. Greg is well known in the firefighter and law-enforcement community and has helped many. I am truly thankful to Greg and his expertise which resulted in a speedy recovery to my injury.

I originally sought physical therapy for shoulder pain, and Greg was incredible. His philosophy focuses on strengthening the core to support the shoulder, which made a huge difference. My primary goal was to play catch with my son without pain, and Greg helped me achieve that. After just a few sessions, the pain was gone. Greg didn't just treat the immediate issue; he equipped me with the tools for long-term relief by designing custom stretch and workout routines. He even found ways to maximize my limited time by suggesting 'superset' routines I could do between work tasks. Beyond his expertise, Greg is extremely personable and treats every session as an opportunity to build a genuine relationship. Between the top-notch facilities and Greg’s commitment, I can't recommend him highly enough for both PT and personal training.
