This was an experience I will never forget!! Serious back and shoulder pain pushed me to try the cryotherapy. 3 mins is all it took, and was supported by staff the whole time! They took the time to give us a tour and explain the processes of each service offered. Not only was I nervous to try this, but I didn't fully know the process. The staff went above and beyond to explain everything and our options. I felt so good afterward and have encouraged many friends to try it! I am older and now know this will be my first option when I start hurting and need instant relief!! Did I mention the prices are amazing!!!! 5 stars are not enough for this business!!!

The staff are incredible and knowledgeable. I felt better after 1 treatment of the Infraed sauna and whole body cryotherapy. I would highly recommend this place whether you have muscle pain or a chronic condition.
