I just had an AMAZING experience at Counter Negative! The facilities are all very clean and the owner is so kind and informative. I did the red light therapy, contrast therapy (sauna/cold plunge), the compression therapy and oxygen therapy. I felt so incredible afterwards! I 10/10 recommend!

Friendly staff, impeccably clean and organized. You feel welcome, cared for and encouraged every time you go in. We are so lucky to have a facility like this in Springfield. The equipment is all top of the line and a total focus on health and well being. Cannot recommend this place enough whether you are an athlete or just someone wanting to care for yourself. You won’t regret it for a second. Thank you Darla and family for bringing this experience to our area.

Absolutely grateful for this wellness center! The owner and staff are phenomenal people. It's an extremely clean and very comfortable environment. Very refreshing. I highly recommend utilizing the Thera Light 360 red light therapy table and the Infrared Sauna. These are both amazing! Also, the oxygen in the Compression Brig is very uplifting. Truly an overall healthy and relaxing experience!
