I cannot say enough good things about this women’s clinic. Their honesty, reliability, and genuinely caring approach stood out. My appointments this far have left me with a true sense of relief (something that can be hard to find in healthcare.) The staff takes the time to listen, explain, and ensure you feel comfortable and supported. This is exactly the kind of compassionate, trustworthy care women need in our area. I am truly grateful to have such a clinic available and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality women’s healthcare.

I am new to the area and visited this clinic for the first time yesterday for an annual checkup. Overall, it was a pleasant experience! I appreciated that their space was clean and welcoming. More than that, it meant a lot that the providers were compassionate, personable and professional. I felt cared for and I think that’s a quality women value when seeking out a new OBGYN!

I've never left a bad review but due to the circumstances I believe others should know. The nurse practitioner and the scheduling office had called me multiple times to schedule an ultrasound which I turned down because I could not afford. They told me they would call my insurance because they had the codes for the procedures find out exactly how much I would owe and let me know they came back with a price that I could afford . I repeatedly asked them if this is all I will owe for this visit for these procedures? They guaranteed me that this was the case even though speaking to them now they deny it. I came, I paid the amount they said I owed for the visit and then I got a huge bill later. Which they refuse to do anything about even though they are responsible. They tell me now they could never have guaranteed a price. In which case they need to train their office staff not to promise someone a certain price. It's unfortunate because they were all very nice but due to the circumstances I will not return. I feel like this was possibly a scam to get more money or just incompetence in the staff and scheduling. Beware! I would like to respond. I appreciate your response . This was discussed but after the third phone call from your office trying to get me to do this procedure and me telling them that I didn't know if my insurance would pay for all of it they assured me that they would call and find out the exact amount. So this is probably something that you need to go over your staff with. And like I said before I talked to them again at the office before my procedure started we discussed this and they said they've made the call. I'm sorry that they didn't follow your procedures but this is what I went through and was promised unfortunately by your staff
