9/18/2025 Seriously disappointed in Forever Young. I have been a client since mid March 2025. During this period of time I have only seen a nurse practitioner once and my care has been horrible. I have been really offered no path to proper TRT levels and given very little understanding of what my actual levels should be. After conducting the first labs I was given TRT and told to take 50 units…a month went by and no mention of when I would need to do labs again to monitor my levels. I had to call in and ask out of concern that my levels might be too high. In July I did my labs and sure enough…my levels were over 1500. Of course I had to request a meeting to try to understand what needed to be done. I was told to go give blood. I was not given any clear indication of what else could be done to get my levels to a proper dosage. The only direction I was given was I needed to decrease to 45 units. I told the receptionist I would like to speak with the owner. Her response was he isn’t here. I asked to send a message that I would like to peak with him about what is needed to get me levels correct. He never contacted me. Now it is September and I was finally scheduled to do labs again. Labs were completed and I had to wait to speak to someone…So now I’m speaking with someone over the phone (receptionist) and she tells me my levels are 1450 test (high) and 1100 estrogen (high)…I’m told I can either wait till next month and they would send me additional estrogen blockers or they could write me script and I can go pay for it. Seriously!? I asked to speak with the manager and was told that she’s busy…even after she had just put me on hold to speak with the office manager. At this point my main concern is the potential for the bad side effects of having high test levels. The main reason why I went to this facility in the first place was, I believed the owners words in his recent podcast and thought that I would be receiving individual care. My experience has been quite the contrary…I will be seeking care elsewhere. I almost never do reviews, but given the health nature and the potential ramifications to my health, I believe it’s important to do this review. After over six months of TRT therapy I’ve only spoke to a nurse practitioner twice (once over the phone and once in person). And at no point of time did the owner reach out to me even after I requested that the he contact me for a consult. 9/27/2025 - UPDATE: After speaking with the receptionist on 9/18/25 and explaining my issue with Forever Young, I decided to work TST needs through the VA. I let the receptionist know that I was going to discontinue my membership with Forever Young. On 9/25/2025 I went to Forever Young to discontinue my membership and have my record forwarded to the VA. Today I received a mailer dated 22 September, 2025 (see attached mailer) stating that I am being "DISMISSED" from care at Forever Young. Apparently the owner read my Google review and his response is to send me a auto-signed mailer. I was dismissed for "INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR THAT HAS COMPROMISED THE PROVIDER-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP." I guess writing an honest assessment of the handling of my care since April is considered inappropriate. I'm not surprised that Forever Young couldn't even get my name correct on this mailer. My last name is Andersen not Scott. Scott is my middle name.
