From the moment I arrived it was apparent that my experience during my visit was going to be different than what I was used to. I was greeted by Michelle by my first name and a welcoming smile. The consultation with Dr Ferzli was informative and thorough. I have suffered with TMJ / Sleep Apnea for over 30 years having a splint as my treatment from my previous dentist . Dr Ferzli explained (in layman terms) why I was having the symptoms, migraines, facial pain , ear pain , clicking in my jaw after extensive testing. He explained a treatment plan that gave me hope in being able to function without constant pain nor medications. I experienced empathy from Dr Ferzli and his sense of humor was an added plus . I would definitely recommend him/his staff for anyone suffering from TMJ or Sleep Apnea.
