I had an excellent experience with Essence Integrative Care. Tiffany is professional, kind, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to listen, thoroughly explain my lab results and answer all of my questions. She was able to formulate a plan to address my underlining issues. After addressing my gut health, reducing inflammation and following my individualize plan, I was finally able to lose some of this the stubborn weight I've been holding. I am still on my journey and I am confident I will reach my goals with her help and continued guidance. I highly recommend Tiffany and Essence Integrative Care to anyone looking for better health management.
