I was a patient under Ryan’s care for approximately two years. Without any prior notice, the company abruptly shut off its phones, stopped responding to calls, text messages, and emails, and completely cut off communication with patients for MONTHS. When I drove to the office location in an attempt to speak with someone in person, the doors were locked and there was no indication of when or if they would reopen. It is deeply irresponsible to start a patient on a testosterone replacement program and then suddenly stop care without ensuring the safety of the patient. This should be considered malpractice. As a result of this shutdown, I was left without access to my prescribed medication, which led to unwanted side effects and forced me to seek treatment elsewhere on short notice. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend everyone to avoid others against trusting Vitality Rejuvenation. There are more reputable and reliable telemedicine providers available.
