Ended up at this office after calling around for a last minute appointment hoping to get relief from dehydration symptoms. My husband and I were welcomed in such a warm and friendly manner. From the front desk young lady, the nurse Daisy, to meeting Dr. Campione was a pleasure. Coming from having a health and holistic practice ourselves we truly appreciate and recognize the importance of giving patients the attention and care they need. I had IV therapy, but they offer many services. Thank you for the great experience. We will be happy to spread the word.

A total disappointment with Bergen Total Health. I had an appointment with Dr. Campione on April 16th, bringing recent bloodwork and several other test results in the hope of gaining some clarity on my health. During our initial Zoom consult, I clearly communicated that I had existing labs I wanted to review. Dr. Campione assured me that we would discuss these in person. However, my in-person visit lasted a mere 20 minutes, during which none of my primary concerns or questions were truly addressed. Instead, I was told I needed even more bloodwork before any treatment plan could be discussed. When I pressed for details on what the proposed protocol or peptide therapy would entail, I received vague responses, leaving me with more questions than answers. To make matters worse, the technician who drew my blood completely mishandled the process. Despite my mentioning that I had never had blood drawn from that particular area before, she insisted she found a good vein. The moment the needle went in, I felt immediate, intense pain. The following morning, my arm was badly bruised (first photo), and a week later, the bruise had worsened significantly (second photo), remaining painful throughout. Given the frequent use of injections in Dr. Campione’s protocols, this experience made me extremely uncomfortable with the idea of proceeding with his recommended treatment. When I contacted the office to explain my concerns and share the photos, and request a refund for the $350 I paid for what amounted to a rushed, unsatisfactory appointment, I was flatly told that no refunds would be issued — despite my brief interaction with the doctor and the substandard care I received during my blood draw. Additionally, the office itself was a major letdown. It bears no resemblance to the polished, professional images they use in their advertisements on social media. If you're going to promote your practice online, those photos should accurately reflect the actual environment. In reality, the space is outdated and lacks basic patient privacy, with blood draws conducted in the corner of a shared room behind a flimsy partition. Save yourself the frustration and money, and choose a provider that values patient care and transparency. This practice falls short on both.

Dr.Campione and the office manager, Jill; make you feel like you have come home as opposed to into a Dr. office or urgent care. You are never felt as if you are just a number, and the time is focused on the patients. Truly, the most caring and genuine Dr. office I have ever experienced 😊👍🏼
