Firstly, Dr Rizvi is a great doctor! He's got a calming energy and he really knows his craft. His front desk staff and nurses are also very patient, calm, and humourous. They get a 5star review from me! However, the problem lies with the office's outdated measures and digital systems that make appointments take way longer than the competition. All the way from questions asked to build your profile and the system used to input answers, to the weigh scale, the blood pressure reader, and the paperwork for ordering labs. Everything is so outdated they should be outmoded and replaced with more current, if not most current, technology and procedures. An appointment that would typically take about an hour in another office, will likely take you two hours at R Endocrinology. (Driving to the office, signing in at the front desk, sitting and waiting, then being seen by the nurse for general health inquiries and any updates you may want the doctor to know, to seeing Dr. Rizvi [this is the quickest and best part], to scheduling your next appointment--the whole process takes way too long.) R Endocrinology would greatly benefit from an internal upgrade. They have been at this location for a long time, but after my recent appointment, I honestly don't know how long they'll be able to keep with the competition if a single person's appointment could take so long. For new patients, onboarding could be an easily digital process. For returning patients, gathering information should be quicker than 20 minutes. In this day and age. This is especially important for an office whose hours are a little shorter than competition and who are only in office 4 days a week. People coming in from work will typically go in during lunch and have at most 1.5 hours before having to return to their offices. So anything more than a 45 minute to 1 hour visit is detrimental not only to the business of R Endocrinology, but also to the patient who likely has somewhere to be. Time is important, so keeping it is also important.

Please dont go to this doctor. The service here is terrible. I went 1 for my first appointment and doctor verbally increased the dose. Never put in any refills or anything for any of my medications. Also, gave me blood work which i was not able to get it done bc it requires me to do fasting. And due to the increased dose every morning i get low blood sugar, which i also let the front desk lady know. I called few days after and told them that i am running out of the medication to the front desk. They said its my fault that i didnt get my blood work done and they will not be able to refill it. The lady lady hangup my call as I was telling her that i need the medication. I called again she picked up and realized it was me she hangup the call again. Very disgusting service they provide. Its a shame that they dont make patients medicine a priority instead they will say its your fault. I would never ever go this place and recommend any new patients to save your life. They dont care enough for their patients. You guys should feel very ashamed to leave someone without medication especially when they need the medication everyday. SHAME ON YOU!!!!

The only reason this place gets a 2 is because I do like Dr.Rizvi, he is very nice and it's a shame his front desk staff will push his patients away. This Place is a train wreck every time I come for my visits. Today was my final straw, my appointment was 11:30am (to which I arrived a few minutes early for) & I didn't see the doctor until after 1:30pm. That is so UNPROFESSIONAL & INCONSIDERATE to make someone wait for over two hours PAST their appointment time. This happens almost every visit, but this was probably the longest I've had to wait to be seen.
