Sixth Borough Medical

I had my first appointment with Dr. Patel yesterday, and I truly cannot say enough about the exceptional service from start to finish. Every interaction—from scheduling over the phone and checking in at the front desk to the actual consultation—was seamless. Even though I live quite far away, the trip was completely worth it. I have rarely met a doctor who listens so intently to every concern. Dr. Patel identified underlying issues that my primary physician hadn't even considered; for the first time, I felt truly heard and seen as a patient. I’m already looking forward to my follow-up and am very interested in exploring the other services they offer.

I’ve seen many doctors over the years, and Dr. Patel is the first one who has truly taken the time to look at my health as a whole rather than treating each issue separately. While we’re still working toward answers, he has consistently gone above and beyond to try to connect the dots and understand how everything might be related. He listens carefully, takes concerns seriously, and never makes me feel rushed or dismissed. It’s clear he genuinely wants to help and is willing to think critically and explore possibilities instead of settling for quick explanations. Even without having all the answers yet, I feel supported, heard, and confident that we are moving in the right direction. I’m very grateful to have found a doctor who is thoughtful, thorough, and truly invested in his patients’ well-being.

I have had several visits with Dr. Patel and his bedside manners are absolutely incredible, thank you! The whole staff are amazing. I highly recommend this office. If you are looking for a doctor that is direct, eager to try and resolve your health problems while making you feel comfortable this is the place!!
