After over a decade of working with all sorts of Doctors, all over the states, Forouz has been a lifesaver! She has guided me and helped me to finally feel better! Dr. Jowkar is unique in bringing both a holistic and western lens to all of her analyses, backed by data, aka bloodwork. She will "share" patients with M.D. specialists to get at the root of a problem, as needed. I am convinced that I will live a longer, healthier life thanks to her helping to diagnose two major dental infections that my dentist had not found. Dr. Jowkar is very passionate about helping all of her patients live longer and with a high quality of life. She brings this passion to all of her work, including understanding innovations in medicine that apply to each individual!

I came to Forouz after months of frustration. All my regular labs were coming back normal and my other doctors were satisfied, but I was dealing with several symptoms that seemed unrelated and were seriously impacting my quality of life. I felt dismissed and stuck. Forouz was different from the start. She took the time to really listen and then did something remarkable – she actually connected the dots. Where I saw disconnected symptoms, she saw patterns. She developed specific hypotheses about what might be going on and identified a couple of distinct underlying issues that my regular testing had completely missed. Her treatment approach combined both conventional medications and supplements, tailored specifically to what my body needed. After a few months of following her plan, I'm amazed to say that many of my symptoms have completely resolved. I feel like myself again – actually, better than I have in a long time. I'll be honest: she has a quirky personality, and some people might find her approach unconventional or "woo woo." But she is absolutely the real deal. Her ability to understand how all the systems of the body work together and affect each other is truly remarkable. She sees the whole person, not just lab values on a page.
