Dynamic Pain Rehabilitation

I have been a patient of Krystal for a couple of years, and she always takes the time to listen and make sure all of my questions are answered. At my last visit, I had questions about a medication. She told me she would look into it and get back to me, and within just a couple of hours the office called with an update. I truly feel like Krystal cares about her patients. Whenever I’m in the office, I can hear her and other patients laughing in their rooms, which really speaks to the comfortable and positive environment she creates

Dr Imas is the only doctor I've encountered in this field who isn't crooked, corrupt, and just looking for a hefty monthly paycheck by getting patients addicted, but someone who has your best interests at heart to help you fix your problem. He may have saved my life. Great staff as well who get back to you promptly.

Have had serious health issues for years for which I’m homeless from. I call to make a appointment and get hung up by Stephanie for no reason. Was literally just told in a very rude tone “I need to do something can you hold” mid call. Got sent to voicemail answer machine not on hold. Called again voicemail. I get in contact with the other girl working and asked her what I did “oh nothing it’s just Thursday is her Friday it’s 4:40 when I’m being told this. I probably called 4:30 was it gonna take 30 minutes to schedule my appointment? No. How do you let someone like that come in contact with anyone? She clearly no manners or social skills whats so ever and I did nothing. I can only imagine the people who actually give her some sort of attitude. Safe to say I didn’t schedule anything here because the front desk managers lack of morals and respect is very of concerning for a place people turn to going through stuff
