I’ve been going to Restore Hyper Wellness - Upper West Side since they opened and am there at least once a week. The team here is incredible — warm, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. I truly adore them. I’ve never once felt upsold or pressured. Everything is explained clearly, and recommendations are always about what actually makes sense for me, not about selling something. That kind of honesty matters. This place has been a real support for my health, and it consistently feels like a space where you’re treated with respect and kindness. Professional, trustworthy, and deeply human. Highly recommend.

Love Restore Wellness! A friend gave a guest pass and now I’m addicted. I’ve tried the red light sauna, cryo and leg compression and they’re all great. I was terrified of the cryo but it’s totally fine! Red light sauna might be my fav so far. Everyone here is super nice! Def recommend.
