I would give Medi Tresse in Scarsdale 10 out of 10. I first met with Kim in August with a concerning situation of hair loss that I finally had come to terms. Kim analyzed my scalp and hair and then suggested several different course of treatments which I choose the one I felt most comfortable. I followed her expertise instructions for 3 months and came back to see my progress. The outcome was so good that I felt like there’s hope for me. Kim is such an experienced professional. She made me feel very comfortable right from the start. Her empathetic approach and sweet personality is what makes Medi Tresse in Scarsdale special. Do not hesitate to get a consultation.

I can’t say enough positive things about Medi Tresse in Scarsdale, NY. I have seen tremendous changes in my hair since I started with Kim in 2023. She is knowledgeable, empathetic and a true EXPERT in the field of trichology. Nurse Kimberly Pryslak is extremely knowledgeable, took her time and seemed genuine. I never felt like she was trying to push a product on to me. The consultation lasted 1 hour, she took her time and answered in detail all of my questions. Additionally, Laurie (front staff) was extremely pleasant to speak with over the phone and once I arrived. She also sat with me to explain pricing and procedure. All in all, I would recommend this place to friends and family. Superb/Professional Staff, office is very clean and comfortable.
