I saw Dr Shatika James for a follow-up on my infected nail from a pedicure cut. She was incredibly patient, listened to all my concerns, and explained my medication changes in a way that made sense. I never felt rushed, and she truly cared about helping me manage my health. The office was clean and the staff was friendly.
