I found Encompass while trying to search for a med spa to do some facial rejuvenation. As I read about the services offered, I realized I must make an appointment & find out more. My first appointment was in the fall of 2025 for a consultation; I had a multitude of issues: I felt horrible, had thyroid & weight gain, RA flaring, zero energy, looked & felt depressed… I was a hot mess! After my initial visit, a plan was put in to action! Erin, Stephanie, Kiera, Niki & the rest of the team have really made a difference in less than six months. A combo of hormone pellets, regulating thyroid, changing medications/supplements + lifestyle changes = a new me! I’m feeling better, have stopped taking two Rx’s, feel energized, am making small, healthier eating choices, exercising & have dropped a lot of weight (wearing a size 6 now!). I am a work in progress, as there are still changes I need to continue incorporating. Thanks to Encompass, I am able to be a better wife, mom, grandmother & friend. I am so blessed to have found them & appreciate their guidance & support!

The owner and NP Erin is very unprofessional. The office gossip is ridiculous and it all starts with Erin. She can't keep staff and her ego is very over rated. She has a God complex and likes to think she is worth 800.00 an hour (her words not mine). By listening to her perception of herself, she thinks she is a surgeon when she is merely an advanced nurse practitioner. Not saying they don't have a place and many are respected but she isn't as high up on the food chain as her ego thinks she is. Too much drama in this business for me! Also, she ran a special for Botox and won't refund the money because I wouldn't trust her to inject me with needles.
