I have been going to the steelman clinic for years now. When I first came here I was overweight and exhausted. I had tried a personal trainer, tried every fad diet, and spent on average 2-4 hours daily at the gym. Nothing worked. I made an appointment to see Mindy and she was so patient and helpful. We started on health plan where I last 80 lbs and went from a size 16 to a size 2/4. Due to the overall change in my lifestyle and the way I felt I was able to keep it off for 6 years. Unfortunately life happened and I gained some weight back, but Mindy has always been able to redirect me and put me back on track. The staff her is amazing, the nurses always make a point to remember you and cheer you on during your weight loss journey. It’s not a quick fix but a change of lifestyle.

Staff here is amazing! Physicians are very informative and provide great advice and work with you to set up plan of care that is right for you and your particular needs. If your struggling to loose weight I highly recommend. They also have NAD injections if you’re looking into that.

Absolutely Amazing! The staff are very professional, and very willing to help in any way that they can. I have been a patient for almost 10 years. I have kept my weight off. I have more energy than I had when I was younger and I feel great! Go see these folks! Dr. Mindy and her assistant Jen are the BEST!!!!
