I have been in counseling with Eli Kassis for the last 6 years and he is tremendously supportive and solution oriented. Everyone in the office is very kind and easy to work with as far as payment and scheduling. I reccomend evolution mental health counseling to anyone looking for a great counselor.

Neuro feedback treatment with Shelly has changed my life! I’m not one for talk therapy, just doesn’t work for me. Retraining your brain and reminding it how it behaved to certain emotions and situations before your trauma occurred, or depression, addiction, whatever it is, is a game changer for those of us who have been in fight or flight our whole lives or learned trauma response before we were old enough to remember what it’s like to have a normal functioning brain. I recommend scheduling with Shelly and giving neuro feedback a try. It’s changed my whole families lives and Shelly is so comforting to work with, it really is life changing stuff.
