I had an amazing experience at this IV spa and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff greeted me with smiles and made me feel completely at ease. They were super kind, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. You can really tell they care about their clients and want everyone to feel comfortable and taken care of.
The massage chairs were absolutely incredible—definitely one of my favorite parts of the whole visit. They were so relaxing and made the entire IV experience feel like a mini vacation. I almost forgot I was getting a treatment because I was so comfortable! The entire setup was peaceful, from the lighting to the music, and it created such a relaxing vibe.
Overall, the energy of the spa was amazing. Everything felt clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed to help you relax and recharge. I left feeling refreshed and so much better than when I came in. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing self-care experience or a boost in wellness. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I arrived genuinely excited for this experience. IV therapy, when done well, should feel like a quiet intersection of medicine, wellness, and thoughtful care. I came prepared to discuss ingredients, indications, and goals, not packages and bargains. Gross.
The space itself was calm, but the execution quickly revealed a different priority.
After arriving early, I waited some time in an empty clinic. When staff returned, there were no clear introductions or explanation of roles. I attempted to engage in a clinical conversation about the drips with the paramedic, what they contained, who they were best suited for, and why one might be recommended over another.
Instead of education, the dialogue repeatedly pivoted back to pricing and packages by what appears likely the Owner.
It felt less like a consultation and more like a used car sales presentation.
In any setting that involves needles, infusions, and patient vulnerability, informed consent and transparent education should come before cost, lead with this approach next time.
When a guest is asking medically relevant questions, that curiosity should be welcomed and met with competence, at least know what you’re trying to sell, not redirecting back to the pricing.
I ultimately chose to leave. Not because I wasn’t interested in treatment, but because I did not feel confident in the level of clinical leadership or patient-centered care being demonstrated.
I was also told the company operates in multiple states as reassurance. Scale, however, does not replace transparency, training, or standards.
Constructive feedback:
• Begin with clear staff introductions and credentials
• Lead with intake and medical discussion before pricing
• Explain what each drip does, who it’s for, and contraindications
• Encourage questions rather than steering past them
• Present cost only after recommendations are established
People seeking IV therapy are not shopping for a bargain they are seeking safe, informed care. When education becomes the centerpiece, trust follows. Until then, this experience misses the mark.
Not everything that’s shiny is gold.
Not only is the service impeccable but the products are 100% worth it. My son had food poisoning and dealt with not being able to eat, restlessness, dehydration and pain. I literally tried everything and nothing worked. I brought him to this location and we figured out what would help with his symptoms. After his IV therapy session, he has gotten rest, relieved of all of the pain, and is back to his regular self in less than 24 hours! The staff was so patient and understanding! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Edit - I did not have a consultation with a paramedic. The owner is the one that did my consultation. The owner has no medical experience and should never be touching stuff on a patient, period! Also, nothing was wrong with my IV per the nurse/tech, the owner just wanted it to hurry so I could be rushed out the door. You're response is a very poor demonstration of the business.

I’ve been debating on whether to write this review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience.
I decided to try Prime IV after seeing a promotion, especially since I recently had gastric bypass surgery. The promotion was advertised as $85 for a $144 value, but when I arrived, I was told it was actually for a basic IV Hydration ($94 value). During my consultation with the owner, I felt pressured as he continued to push other IVs, offering “promotion” prices that were only a few dollars off.
The nurse/tech who placed my IV was wonderful—friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was far from that. About 20 minutes into my drip, the owner came in frustrated that my bag was running slowly. He removed my tape and started pushing on the IV line, saying it must be clogged. The lady who put in my IV told him it was a 22 guage (I'm not sure what that means) and that it would run slower. This immediately concerned me, especially since when I asked the nurse if he had medical training, she said no.
He continued to come back multiple times, clearly frustrated, and by about an hour in I felt uncomfortable and anxious instead of relaxed. With about a third of my drip left, I asked the nurse to stop and remove it because I could no longer deal with the constant interruptions and him touching my IV.
I don’t know if this is standard practice, but in my opinion, it was unprofessional, unsettling, and honestly a little scary. I went in expecting a relaxing and beneficial experience, but I left stressed and uneasy.
