I was in a really bad car accident. Since August 2025 they have been “requesting records” of my MRI. Telling me “schedule a following up in 4 weeks and hopefully we will have them” I got so tired of my treatment being put on hold I finally found the disc copy of my MRI . They REVIEWED it during my appointment and still told me to come back in 2 weeks . I finally decided to call the place I had my imaging done and they stated the first time they ever requested records for me was the day of my last appointment 02/13/2026! Since August 2025 no one has requested anything this is seriously ridiculous and an inconvenience. I still provided the information and nothing is being done . Just avoid them at all cost. Not to mention my previous provider was rude , unprofessional, and had no regard for my questions/ concerns.

Both Dr Chan and April are very kind and thorough. They will explain to you what you don't know and offer suggestions for other pain remedies aside from opioids.
