I had an absolutely wonderful Myofascial Release session and massage with Ashley back in March! I'm a full-time touring musician and all the driving and guitar playing gets my right shoulder, neck and hip all kinds of tight! I really struggle with releasing tension on this side of my body. Ashley intuitively found the parts of my body that were imbalanced and hanging onto stress and helped release these muscles and also incorporated some more traditional massage techniques to help my body relax. Ashley is an incredibly experienced and intuitive healer.
