Oregon
This page lists ozone therapy clinics across Oregon, and supply is uneven across the state. The Portland metro carries the largest share of listings, with smaller concentrations around Eugene and Bend, while Salem, Medford, the coast and the rest of the state have far fewer options. A Eugene resident searching for ozone therapy will mostly see that same short list, so they are choosing among a narrow set rather than a deep market and may want to weigh traveling toward Portland for a wider range. Patients in southern Oregon, the coast, or counties east of the Cascades often travel the I-5 corridor into one of these metros for both the consultation and follow up visits, since little is offered close to home.
Oregon licenses several kinds of practitioners who might offer ozone therapy, and who may administer it depends on that license rather than the treatment name. Physicians and physician assistants are licensed by the Oregon Medical Board. Oregon also licenses naturopathic doctors through the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine, and naturopathic practice here covers a broader range of procedures than in many states, so an ND rather than a medical doctor may be the one offering treatment. Nurses who assist are licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing. Treatment is usually delivered in a physician office, a naturopathic or integrative clinic, or a wellness suite rather than a hospital.
Before booking anywhere in Oregon, confirm the credentials of the person actually administering treatment and check license status and any disciplinary history with the relevant board. Ask exactly what is being administered, how the ozone is generated, and how equipment is sterilized between patients. Request risks and side effects in writing, ask what happens if treatment does not help, and ask for an itemized quote that separates consultation, testing, treatment and follow up.
Listing order on this page is not paid ranking, it is organic and cannot be purchased. Featured placements are labeled and capped, a Verified label means the clinic completed the site's credential checks, and Regenerated.com is free for patients to use. Inclusion in this directory does not endorse any clinic or its claims.
For the mechanism behind ozone therapy and the current state of the evidence, see the national ozone therapy hub. To understand how this list is ordered and labeled, read How to read a Regenerated city hub and Featured vs Verified vs organic.
Regulatory context
The "other" category is a catchall for regenerative wellness modalities with inconsistent federal oversight. Red light therapy devices (photobiomodulation) have narrow FDA 510(k) clearances for acne, muscle pain, and wound healing, not systemic regeneration. Whole-body cryotherapy is NOT FDA-approved for any medical indication and received an FDA safety communication in July 2016 warning of asphyxiation, frostbite, and burn risks. Ozone therapy is NOT FDA-approved for any medical use and the FDA has stated ozone is a toxic gas with no known useful medical application. Condition-specific regenerative offerings (hair restoration with minoxidil or finasteride, ED care beyond PDE5 inhibitors and shockwave) have varying approval depending on route and drug source.
The Oregon Medical Board and Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine investigate unlicensed practice and scope violations. Ozone and chelation clinics making disease-treatment claims risk board action. The Attorney General pursues deceptive health claims under the Oregon Unlawful Trade Practices Act. Enforcement is moderate and generally supportive of licensed integrative practice.
